Low Cost Internet
Low-cost internet, advertised at $9.95 per month plus taxes, for those that qualify. As of March 2020 there is a promotion for the first two months free as well when signing up and there is no contract.
Potential eligibility qualifiers include "public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and others." They also give you the option to purchase a computer at a low-cost ($150).

The Weatherization Program sponsored by OACAC is a free service for qualified homeowners and renters. Insulation and air sealing improves the energy efficiency of your home, to help keep you warm in the winter, cool in the summer and reduce your heating and cooling cost.
